The Bonded Warehouse allows the temporary protection of national or foreign merchandise in an area authorized to exercise customs control until the final destination of the cargo is specified.
This warehouse is accredited by Fiscal and Customs Authorities and it is Tax and Duty free until the merchandise leaves this location. This merchandise can also be transferred to an IMMEX Company, and that will allowed to mantain the tax and duty free benefit.
Merchandise may remain stored for up to 24 months, and may be labeled, packaged, preserved, exhibited, examined and sampled, as long as its nature or taxable bases are not altered or modified for customs purposes.
